Pension Rua Nova was born to the same management team as Hotel Rua Villar. After over a decade welcoming travellers from all around the world, we have decided to go on a new project and opening this new lodging with a new concept. 

Pension Rua Nova is a beautiful stone house—completely restored very recently—and it keeps the history of its location contrasting with the modern style of its eleven rooms. All the rooms have stone in sight and are equipped with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning/heating, WiFi and television for the guests’ comfort.

Its location, in the very heart of Santiago Old Town and just some meters away from the Cathedral, will allow you to enjoy all the places of interest within a short walking distance. This street is a clear example of integration between the monumentality of some of the buildings which bring it to life—such as the Teatro Principal, the Romanesque church of Saint Mary Salome or the Pedrosas Mansion—and the shopping atmosphere of its typical shops and cafés.
